New Beginnings - A Home for Mothers Since its opening in 1993, New Beginnings has literally been a new beginning for hundreds of mothers and their children. Your gift to this ministry provides not only a place for a single mother and her child to live, but a setting where a young mother learns the skills necessary to care for her child. She receives the opportunity to further her education and learn new job skills. She daily witnesses a Christian marriage modeled by the staff of New Beginnings. She learns about God, His love, and the salvation He provides in Jesus. Your gift directly helps a young woman learn to be a mother practically, lovingly, and spiritually for her child. There are many ways to help support this wonderful ministry. You or your congregation can participate in the Change for Life program in which you can truly make a difference by saving your spare change. The Change for Life program provides the unique opportunity for every member of the household to provide a daily gift to this important ministry. In this way the loose change of many people combines to make a large impact in the lives of a young mother and her child.
